Total of 8 people, including children, in Mystic Lodgefor these rates. 9-12 people incurs an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Does not include extra sheets or towels. No more than 12 people.

All renters must be over 25 unless they are the minor children of parents renting facilities. No smoking permitted in cottages or cabins.
